Oven-baked omlette

When getting together with my Mom and sisters along with their families, we often get quite crowdy at our breakfast table. Here is one easy oven-baked omlette recipe to try out when there are a bit more people waiting the day get started!

Heat up the oven to 160 degrees.

Mix your usual omlette in a bowl: consider 2-3 eggs per person, add milk, a bit of salt and dill. Whip well.

Pour the mixture on a oven plate and spread cut sweet pepper on top. 

Cook until the omlette has a lovely golden colour.

You may add sliced cucumber and radish on a plate as a side-dish for this day-starter.
