This recipe is quite easy really. First I had it done word by word via recipe, now I make the cake by heart.
First, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 1. Make the bottom of the cake. Crush a pack of 200g whole wheat cookies and combine it with about 50-70g melted butter. Press the mixture in a bottom and sides of a regular cake pan.
Step 2. Mix the filling. Whisk three to four eggs with couple of spoons of sugar. Then add about 400g cream cheese (it is important that the cream cheese is at room temperature, otherwise you need to beat the cream for quite a long time) and 350-400g sour cream or greek yogurt. Add a spoon of vanilla sugar as well. Mix well.
Pour the filling over cookie bottom and bake the cake for about 40-50 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool it down and refrigerate over night.
Before serving, top the cake with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries etc.
