It has been nearly five months since I gave birth and I have still a few extra kilogrammes to lose. Since year 2019 has just begun, I decided to make my first half of the year’s purpose to get back my previous weight. One major factor on achieving the goal is food. Here is one very easy and fast healthy bite:
Ingredients: 3 rice gallets, 100g cold-smoked salmon, 3 spoons of cottage cheese, half of avocado, a slice of cucumber.
Healthy is yummy!
