It took me nearly five years to finally pull myself together and buy the ingredients for yogi tea according to original recipe by Yogi Bhajan! I just could not find whole cardemon seeds easily to buy from groceries (they sell it grounded) – finally found it at Biomarket. Now I can say that this tea is worth the time spent for preparing it!
Summer is slowly waving somewhere in the yonder, but many sorts of berries are already available. Mainly not yet domestic catch, but worth buying though. Here is one summerly sweet receipt: greek yoghurt dessert with berries.
Men are usually not that fond of zucchini – this is one of the few versions how my partner likes it.
Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 150g bacon, 1 tomato, 2 eggs, a couple spoons of milk, cheese for cover, oregano flavour.

We know that vegetables lose vitamins when boiled. I wanted to make a sweet potato puree without boiling the food, BUT we do not have a food steamer in our household. Using a tip from other Moms and a lovely friend of mine, I managed to steam the food by using existing tools as can be seen here:
Just add a little water in a bottom of a cooking pot and steam veges in stainless strainer above the hot water in a low heat. Do not forget to use a pot cover!
